Convenient location for business meetings and access to rural areas; easily allowed car parking on property. Clean and well-maintained room with necessary amenities, including microwave and hotplate. Comfortable beds and ample wardrobe space. Helpful and friendly host, offering advice and assistance; even provided transport. Clean swimming pool with well-maintained pool area.

The location was excellent, meeting all of our needs, and within walking distance to the Jumbo Pao de Acucar.

We really got great value for our money at Ria Studios. The room was clean, well-designed, and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect, with supermarkets nearby and easy access to the train station and fish market. The staff, especially Felix the owner, were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The pool and the animals on the property were a wonderful addition.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety and options.

I had such an amazing time staying at this place! The rooms were super comfortable with a flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and even a cooker for all my cooking needs. The swimming pool was mind-blowing and the en suite bathroom was jaw-dropping. And the best part? They had a real games room, which was super fun! The hosts were incredibly friendly and the location was perfect for my business meetings. Plus, they even let me park my car on-site. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends. As young holiday goers, we were impressed with the clean and beautifully kept apartment at Ria Studios. the beds were superb and there was plenty of wardrobe space. We loved the independence of self-catering with the well-equipped kitchen. the bathroom facilities were new and the shower was huge. the host, Felix, was very helpful and friendly, offering us a choice of two studio apartments. We also appreciated the option to hire a car and the convenience of parking at the property. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

we found a great property close to the ferry for the islands. The studio had everything we needed, with brand new appliances and comfortable beds. The owner Félix was incredibly caring and helpful. We couldn't have picked a better place for our stay in Olhao!

We arrived late, but the host's mother was waiting for us and was incredibly helpful and polite. The location is convenient, with a shopping center close by for any amenities you may need. It's also just a short drive to Faro city center. The studio itself was clean and well-equipped, with a nicely designed bathroom and a kitchen that had everything we needed. our stay at Ria Studios was fantastic and I would definitely recommend it to friends.
